my name is emily law, my studio is located in hibbing, mn. i’ve always loved having a camera in my hands. trying to capture that moment in time, that will never occur again. my three boys have given me a lot of great experience, they are my passion, i love capturing their inner spirit. i use my artistic vision to capture the essence of the child, individual, family that is being photographed, i strive to create beautiful images that come from the heart. i find the most rewarding part is getting to know the child/family that i’m capturing. each person is so different, and i love trying to catch that and make it a everlasting memory. i love to capture your child’s natural expression, i love to use natural light, so I will come to your home or meet you at your favorite park or beach, so you and your child will feel comfortable and be themselves, we might even need to go take a walk with out mom or dad, it’s amazing what I learn on those little walks. i’d much rather capture the moment rather than make them pose. thank you for getting to know me, please e-mail me if you’d like to book a session.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY BOYS
My husband John and I are blessed to have three wonderful boys. Holden, our oldest is 21, he’s currently UWS in Superior Wi, and has found a love of taking photos as well, and has been the main sports photographer for UWS he’s on his third year, hoping to graduate with Finance and Marketing. Leslie, our middle son is 19, a 2019 HHS graduate, he loves gaming, and has a compassionate heart for so many, his smile is the best, he is undecided on what he’d like to do, so for now he’s working at Bailey’s Cafe, a great place to eat in Downtown Hibbong. Harrison is our youngest son, is 16 and currently a sophomore at HHS , his passion is soccer, everything about it, ask him a question about soccer, he’ll know the answer, he recently has found a love in Graphic Design, and has been designing some pretty amazing things, and is currently helping out in the studio with the design end. I am so blessed.

john is a full-time employee for the state of minnesota, he shoots weekends and evenings with me or on his own. He has idea’s after idea’s brewing in his head at all times, and is always thinking of others, before himself, a quality that i admire the most.
